Orders will ship out within 1-3 business days of ordering. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or on major holidays.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed packages by the postal service.
RETURNS
Da Vinci Haircare is happy to accept returns for unopened & unused products. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number. These products must be returned to us within 30 days of the shipment date. To return unopened & unused products, email us at info@davincicolor.com.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Place the unopened product in your order box and include the Return Authorization Number, your name, order number, and reason for return when sending this item back.
Within 7-10 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional time for the refund credit to post to your account. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed. Finally, any refused shipments, shipments that are non-deliverable, or products that are returned for any reason other than our error will be refunded less the amount of shipping costs.
All Sale items, Special Discount Offers and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.
